Excellent Dakonderhoud

What a fantastic company. Incredibly nice and correct people who stick to the agreement completely. They keep you very carefully informed about all aspects of the assignment. And that is done with a friendliness that, unfortunately, is no longer self-evident these days. Wonderful no-nonsense, but correct, attitude. Our house needed a lot of work on the roof, gutters, tiles and other repairs. First a clear explanation of what was going to happen and then received a clear quote. The work was carried out to perfection. Photos were taken of the things that I had no idea about to show the result. It is very nice when these kinds of people are busy around your house and are also up for a nice chat. In short, SUPER SATISFIED with the work and not least with Mike and Stef. For me, no other if something needs to be done to the roof.

Excellent Dakonderhoud is everything that there name says! We are from South Afica and bought a new home in The Hague. We had two damaged balconies, a roof that needed maintenace and gutters that needed attention. I went on line and found Excellent Dakonderhoud. Mike was quick to phone back. They efficient, honest, transparent and easy to talk to, there advice was practical and did not abuse our ignorance. They soon fixed everthing and we are very happy with the final results. The team works quick, efficient, everyone has a role to play. Mike kept us informed and was there all the way, he and his team are ambitious, conscientious and timely. The job was perfectly done. They realy care. It was refreshing to see and I wish them all the best for the future. We will use them again.

Top! Mike kwam snel langs en had direct het probleem gevonden en de pannen vervangen. Communicatie is erg goed en afspraken worden goed nagekomen, top, zeker inschakelen als je een probleem met je dak hebt!

Platte bitumen dak geheel vervangen door excellent dakonderhoud Had na een heftige regenbui complete schade aan mijn dak Ik ben ze enorm dankbaar voor de goede service die de mannen hebben uitgevoerd. Ze nemen zeer zeker hun tijd totdat het probleem is verholpen. Bedankt!!

We kregen ineens last van een lekkage in onze slaapkamer en waren bang dat dat veel zou gaan kosten om het op te lossen. Ik heb gebeld met Excellent Dakonderhoud en gevraagd of ze wilde komen kijken. Wat bleek, de vorige dakdekker had het niet goed vervangen. Gelukkig zijn er foto's en filmpjes gemaakt om me te laten zien wat en waar het probleem zat. Helaas bestond dit bedrijf niet meer dus weg garantie! We hebben gekeken naar wat haalbaar was en gelukkig konden ze het snel repareren, ze hebben zelfs meer gedaan en de kosten vielen heel erg mee. Fijn dat er nog eerlijke mensen/ bedrijven zijn zoals Excellent Dakonderhoud, transparant, je tegemoet komen, met je meedenken en snel ter plekke zijn om het op te lossen. Dank jullie wel toppers!

Snel en adequaat geholpen door "Mike" toen ik laatst te maken kreeg met een lekkage op mijn dak.

3 jaar geleden door door dit bedrijf het dak van ons tuinhuis laten dekken. Werd beleefd te woord gestaan en afspraken werden nagekomen! Locatie werd ook netjes achtergelaten (helaas heb ik met andere dakdekkers andere ervaring) Daarnaast was de prijs ook nog in orde. Met deze ervaring zou ik dit bedrijf zeker de volgende keer weer opnieuw benaderen.
