Title: Perfect Service by Favor Cool in Idegem! I can't praise Favor Cool enough! Wesley, our technician, came by to install 1 outdoor unit and 2 indoor units. What a great guy! Everything was installed professionally and accurately. His work was not only technically perfect, but he also left everything spotless. Thanks to Wesley's excellent quality and eye for detail, we are extremely satisfied. The entire experience was simply hassle-free and enjoyable. So we don't have to look any further for future air conditioning installations, and can highly recommend Favor Cool to anyone in Idegem and the surrounding area!

I cannot emphasize enough how satisfied we are with Favor Cool. Elvin and Jeffrey recently installed a heat pump for us and they really did an excellent job. They were proactive from the start and got to work straight away. The quality of their work is simply excellent, with attention to every little detail. The result is a high-end finish that we can be proud of. What I especially appreciate about Favor Cool is their correct pricing. No surprises or hidden costs, everything was transparent and honest. In addition, they also worked very neatly and cleanly, which I really appreciated. Planning the works also went smoothly and structured. On 30/8/2023, a Daikin air conditioner with outdoor unit was installed by Koen, he is a skilled technician. The work was done very neatly and correctly. The explanation after installation about the app and the remote control was also clearly explained. Everything was clean and tidy after installation. Really top is really recommended

Saturday 26/8/2023 an air conditioning with outdoor unit was installed by FABIO, he is very neat and skilled technician. Then explained everything to me in great detail how the remote control of the air conditioning works, and cleaned everything up after installing the air conditioning.

Elvin and Jeffrey have placed 3 indoor units with us, due to the bad weather she suggested to come and install them on their day off on Saturday so that they could safely and cleanly remove the previous air conditioning and install the new one. They did their job neatly and professionally. We are very satisfied with it
