Finestra breaks many promises, strings them along, provides minimal after-sales service, and tries to avoid guarantees. They're incredibly unprofessional, including their arrogance and denials when problems arise.

New windows, shutters and kitchen door were installed in 2 days. Friendly workmen. Have cleaned everything up and left it clean. Am very satisfied.

The windows were not waterproof and windowsill were not finished!!! The shutters upstairs and downstairs had different colors!! Sent several registered letters... Result of Finestra bailiff at the door who came to threaten... ;-) Had to go to court to finally be proved right !!! Not serious people.... maybe good windows but very very bad installers!

Everything went smoothly until we indicated that we did not want to pay for the last installment because the finish was not yet in order. Afterwards it was done with all kindness and cooperation. Our windows are still unfinished, 1 glass is cracked due to the bad installation, and we still regularly receive letters from their lawyer to which we politely reply that we are still willing to pay everything PROVIDED everything is finished but there is never an answer to this .

Installation of windows, renovation, first contacts and installation went well, but then the agony started. More than a year later, we were still waiting for the correct hinges to be installed incorrectly. There is hardly any response to e-mail and you are sent from pillar to post. Once and never again if you don't manage to finish a simple project properly after more than a year.

New windows were placed as well as the inner sills (tablets), but everything is very poorly finished! The windows are not waterproof and the shutters are placed in different colors. Finestra has changed the quote several times so that I had not noticed this change made by them. The tablet is simply not fully seated! Their aftercare man never had the right plank of wood with him. I have already had windows replaced in 3 houses, but such a "demolition team" not OK!!!
