Warning: poor workmanship and even worse communication.
A note in advance: I know from reliable sources that we are not the only ones this company has messed with. Apparently very good start in terms of communication and work. However, during the finishing phase, agreements were no longer kept, they did not show up and, above all, they were unreachable. So there was no finish. We were surprised at the switch from smooth, friendly service to complete inaccessibility. Countless e-mails, telephones, messages, but no answer for months, while the site was not yet finished... Sometimes there was a short sign of life and then again for months. The yard has thus dragged on for 3 years. The firm became blunt and rude in their sparse responses. Sometimes we suddenly received a registered letter that we still had to pay the last bowl while the finishing was still not done... and threatened that otherwise they would not do the last phase. (Despite our correct payments in the past). After a year of friendly attempts on our part to 'please complete this as best as possible for everyone', they finally came to do the last phase. However, cracks appeared and, as icing on the cake, an expert's analysis revealed that they had applied the material incorrectly and had to come and repair it. With again a feast of missed appointments. We also kindly asked for a detailed invoice for three years to which there was never an answer (their final amount did not correspond to the agreed amount). Two years later, they still came up with a sensational bill from a plumber, who had done 3 hours of bad work here for an amount that allows us to go on holiday. Conclusion: it started well, but in terms of communication and finish it is a soup. Never experienced anything like this.
