Demolitions

Although you look forward to finishing a new-housing project or renovation, you must start at the beginning. Demolitions, ground works, structural work and drillings are actually very important. Also do not forget the terrain and the sewerage works!

Structural work shell and terrain

We hired FONTEYNE STEVEN to lay cables and place containers in Jonkershove. Unfortunately, we had a disappointing experience. The finish was really basic and everything was placed crooked, with containers at different heights. He also seemed to only be able to work with one brand, which made the work very chaotic. The communication was confusing and the planning sloppy. We have already had to redo a large part of the work ourselves. Definitely not recommended!
