In 2025, we collaborated with Jarno from Grondwerken Lampaert / LVH Greenconcept. Unfortunately, we found this collaboration to be very negative. Despite the existence of a building plan drawn up by a landscape architect, it was repeatedly violated without consultation. This led to serious construction errors, such as the incorrect placement of the retaining wall. The landscape architect confirmed that the base of the wall to the highest plot should be placed underground; in our case, however, it was installed inverted, with the base above ground. In addition, we encountered several other problems: - The finishing was often inaccurate and did not meet our expectations. - Agreements were not kept; work was being carried out on multiple sites simultaneously, and the contractor failed to show up on the agreed-upon days without any notice. After this series of problems, we were forced to terminate the collaboration through legal action. This process was also difficult: the contractor transferred the business to his father and demanded that we take over all the materials, including those incorrectly supplied. Furthermore, they denied that they had damaged the materials. This whole experience was accompanied by a lot of untruths and frustration for us.
