Last year we bought a new awning above our conservatory roof from the Haneveer company, the old awning needed to be replaced after 26 years! It was installed at the beginning of June 2022 and from that time the misery started!! After every heavy rain shower, water remains on the canvas. The fa Haneveer has tried several times to solve the problem, but so far it has not succeeded!!! I have absolutely no confidence in the Haneveer company anymore and just want my money back, I am quite willing to pay part of it, but the Haneveer company no longer responds to anything and that while there is still a 4-year warranty on the screen sit!!! Scandalous!!! So a warned person counts for 2 do not do business with this company!!!
