Their slogan "your local construction partner" sounds good, but the reality is completely different. The site is largely being carried out by foreign teams with little understanding of politeness, order, cleanliness, or safety. There's trash everywhere; remnants of foil and insulation fly everywhere as soon as the wind blows. The site fence with banners opens and closes. It's actually a miracle there haven't been any accidents yet. As if that weren't enough, their project manager had casually told Carrobel (OA Plasterworks) that they could use water from our rainwater tank?! My wife was terrified when she suddenly saw workmen walking through our backyard this morning. When replacing the cover, they also damaged the cable to our submersible pump. And worst of all: no apology, no responsibility, no compensation for the damage. That says it all. A typical construction company that damages the sector's reputation. It's a shame, because a little respect and communication would have made a lot of difference.
