When he finally came back a few days later (on a Sunday), he had the audacity to ask me for an additional amount, claiming that he had not understood the "scale" of the job, a grotesque and mendacious excuse to justify a higher price. Once paid, he let his worker finish the job, but the latter did not seem at all capable of doing it alone. So I spent 2 hours of my Sunday having to help him do the job I had paid for. At the end of the day, the worker assured me that the finishing touches would be done by the boss, and left me waiting for him to come. Since that day, I have spent 3 weeks calling this man, who promised me each time that he would come "today" or "tomorrow". He ignored me, wasted my time and even blocked me. He never warned me that he was not coming, and of course, he never came back. During our last exchanges, he told me that the work was "finished" and that I should stop calling him. According to him, since I planned to cover the cables with a false ceiling, that was enough to consider his work finished... This is a person who, after pocketing the money, shows total indifference to his commitments. Not only was the work not finished, but also, the quality was poor and he lied at every step of the process. No one should use this "professional" who seems more interested in money than providing quality service. Run away from him, you will only waste your time and money. You will see that he tries every time to respond with pathetic excuses and his "friends" try to increase the rating by giving 5 stars, but it is the many "1 star" and "to run away" that will show you the truth.

Ik heb recentelijk met HOME ARMATURE gewerkt voor een project in Serrure, maar dat was helaas niet de beste ervaring. De kwaliteit van het werk was echt beneden de maat en het was duidelijk dat de afwerking erg basic was. Het voelde allemaal een beetje chaotisch aan en er was vaak verwarrende communicatie die het proces bemoeilijkte. Daarnaast was het enorm frustrerend dat er een hoog voorschot werd gevraagd en dat de uiteindelijke prijs niet overeenkwam met wat er van tevoren was afgesproken. Over het algeheel zou ik deze ervaring als onprofessioneel beschrijven. Wees gewaarschuwd als je overweegt met ze in zee te gaan.

À fuire!!! C'est une société d'arnaques! Je fais appel à cette société pour réparer une fuite au niveau du robinet sous evier de cuisine. Je vois arriver deux hommes. Le premier refuse de mettre la pièce en place sous prétexte qu'elle était pas bonne et l'autre qui ne faisait que pousser à la commande d'une nouvelle pièce et revenir pour la réinstaller un autre jour!!! 120€ pour une pièce qui coûte 35€. L'intervention a duré 20 min et rien n'a été fait et les deux hommes agressifs insistent pour être payer pour un travail non exécuté !!! 152€ ( aucune facture ne m'a été remise !!! Et ont promis de revenir pour la réparation...a ce jour aucune réaction !!! J'ai fait appel a un autre professionnel et la fuite a été réparer sans avoir à changer la pièce soit disant défectueuse!! Le but et vous soutirer un maximum d'argent...scandaleux !!! Je suis une femme seule et bénéficiaire du sociale donc très peu de moyen...honte à Home Armature et leur pratiques malhonnêtes !

Si vous lisez cet avis pour savoir si il faut faire confiance à cette société: FUYEZ ! Arnaqueurs professionnels. Ont abusé de la confiance de mon beau père qui est une personne âgée pour lui soutirer un max de cash. Si seulement le travail était bien fait. Le problème de base pour lequel ils sont intervenus n’est pas résolu. Disparaisse quand on leur demande de revenir. Une plainte est en cours. Les avis positifs sont des proches à eux ne vous laissez pas berner avant qu’ils ne vous achèvent !

Expérience vraiment très très mitigée. Nous avons fait appel à cette société pour une fuite, l'intervention s'est bien passé. Mais nous attendons un remboursement, suite à une commande de pièce sans notre accord, depuis plus de 4 mois. On me promet chaque fois un remboursement mais toujours rien. Quand je lis les autres avis, je me dis que j'aurais dû y faire attention avant de faire appel à Home Armature ...

Super proactif et sympathique en phase d avant vente, mais n a jamais fini le chantier en dépit de nombreuse relances sur plusieurs mois, sans succès. J ai du payer qqn d autre pour finir, ce qui est inacceptable.
