It is a fact that the installation of the solar panels took longer than promised. This was due to a number of factors. Communication about this was desirable, but the work was completed, with very pleasant workers always on site. The administrative parts afterwards also went smoothly by email. I have had the first part of my installation for a year. The second recently added for more generation. If there are any difficulties or questions, they quickly contact you for solutions or a person on site. So excellent after-sales service! 4 stars, because communication was difficult for a while. But for me, H&S certainly remains an excellent and reliable company.

Communication with the installers was confusing because they did not speak the same language. Also remarkable: the company has filed for protection against creditors, while their turnover has increased enormously. I had to find out for myself that a cable was broken in several places. It has already taken two months before a technician comes by, who probably does not speak Dutch either. All in all, very chaotic and unprofessional. Absolutely not recommended. Score: 1 out of 5.

We have H&S PowerSolutions installing your panel, battery, air conditioner and warm pump. We pay €39,000 on February 5, 2023, but the tot is bare toe and the battery is frozen and the warm pump is released. De planning was a big puinhoop in het hele proces voelde uiterst onprofessioneel. We are in Hamont-Achel on the Heel Teleurgesteld in basic afwerking and high cost for you where we kregen. Not op voor dit soort situaties.

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with H&S PowerSolutions. Been waiting for my air conditioning for six months and they just don't say anything. Even though I have to call myself every time, I only get empty promises. This is simply not possible and the price also appears to be incorrect. Very disappointed so far and can't recommend it.

I want to share my experience with H&S PowerSolutions in Weelde. They eventually completed all the work, but only after significant delays and frequent contact from us. While the execution was of good quality and the work was left clean, the planning was downright poor and chaotic. The entire process felt unprofessional, which seriously affected our confidence in the company. After this, our inverter appears to have been rejected, so we will probably be taken off the grid. No longer available by phone, emails are not answered. Bankrupt?????

**Review for H&S PowerSolutions** H&S PowerSolutions has installed solar panels with us. This went fairly smoothly and the panels are now in use. Unfortunately, we have been waiting for a year for the air conditioning to be installed. The communication was confusing and often chaotic, so we are now working with a lawyer to get our money back. The finish was basic and did not meet our expectations. Definitely not recommended if you are looking for reliability.

I paid a deposit to H&S PowerSolutions in January for work at my place in Ham, but I haven't heard from them since. All attempts to contact have been fruitless. I am absolutely not satisfied and feel quite disappointed. The communication is downright chaotic and the company comes across as extremely unprofessional. Together with other victims, I hope to be able to do something about this. Unfortunately, I certainly cannot recommend them.
