NEVER BUILD WITH OR BUY FROM HYBOMA. This is the only advice we can give anyone considering this. I promise you'll regret it and remember this message if you do. In our opinion, there's only one competent employee, and that's their salesperson. Unfortunately, we assumed the rest would be similarly qualified, but that turned out to be the biggest disappointment of our lives. Everything that went wrong is too much to list, but mistakes were made in almost every job, and the quality of the final result was 0. There's also fraud/deception, and even worse: the supplier of our heat pump (Vaillant) doesn't dare challenge them when it comes to the capacity of our heat pump. This is truly outrageous. It's indicative of their marginalization: the manager ignores messages and refuses to engage in conversation.

The site manager was rude, presented us with a fait accompli. We had no say.

There is no cooperation. Money is all that matters to them. Customer satisfaction comes last.

Poor and rude way of communicating. There is no COOPERATION. Everyone comes without saying anything and just does something and whether it is good or not, they do not care. We have asked for a number of things that are not standardly carried out by them and they were all wrong because they did not look at what was agreed. A real no-go!

Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience with Hyboma Nv from Grembergen. Our house, built in 2012, showed serious subsidence after just a few years. Despite numerous attempts at contact and clear communication, Hyboma continued to hide behind excuses and deny any responsibility. The quality of the work done was substandard and communication was very confusing. It all felt very unprofessional. It is extremely frustrating to be treated this way after a major investment in our home. We strongly advise against this contractor.
