Interieur Simons

I had hired Interieur Simons from Diepenbeek to install a window and door. The installation initially went reasonably well, and the price seemed reasonable. However, after a while the door started to show problems and could no longer close optimally. I contacted them several times by phone and email, but unfortunately received no response. In the end I had to hire another professional to make the door work smoothly. The experience with Interieur Simons was therefore disappointing, mainly due to the lack of communication and follow-up.

I never write reviews but I couldn't let this one go. Sadly I have to say that this company was a deep disappointment. They installed interior doors and skirting boards for us, but the execution was far below standard. The finish was sloppy and inaccurate, with poorly smeared non-paintable silicone on painting doors. Moreover, the work was not fully completed and they abandoned us without any notice. It seems more like hobby work than craftsmanship. I would absolutely not recommend this company.

The installation of my windows and back door was done very smoothly and with respect for the existing interior. The finish was also top notch, even more than I expected because a thorough cleaning is usually necessary after breaking out old windows and doors. Friendly service from the professional and his assistant who complemented each other very quickly. The price of the installation was absolutely correct. I will definitely call on this professional in the future, for sure!
