ISO PROTECT

A big zero for Iso Protect, unfortunately I can't give zero stars. A very bad experience with this company. This is one of the companies that is destroying the construction sector. They work with subcontractors from Poland and Ukraine, among others, who wipe their feet on Belgian legislation and the rules of the art. Crepi was placed on our facade twice in a row at freezing temperatures of up to -7 degrees and in rainy weather. Our crepi is completely cracked. The work carried out is worthless and, according to the expert, must be completely redone. Insulation was also not placed correctly in some places and the edgings were not placed on blue stone. Response from Sven: "I still think the facade is beautiful. Too bad I can't copy this. There would be customers asking for it". Iso protect wants to place a third layer over the bad crepi, and make no further adjustments. They also have the arrogance to say: "then it will be court. We are insured for that." Never do business with Group Protect or related companies such as Iso Protect!

Mijn huis laten kaleien door jullie en het resultaat mag er zijn. Blij met de authentieke uitstraling.

Die gasten van Protect zijn goeie mensen. Als iemand wat moet fixen, bel deze jongens.

Na herhaaldelijk teleurgesteld te zijn door andere "bedrijven" die lang op zich lieten wachten en uiteindelijk niet presteerden, koos ik voor Group Protect voor enkele renovatiewerken. De werken begonnen snel en werden goed afgewerkt. Ze herstelden mijn vertrouwen in renovatiebedrijven en ik beveel hen van harte aan.

Ik ben heel tevreden over de plaatsing van isolatie en de afwerking met crepi. De werken werden tijdig, netjes en met vakmanschap uitgevoerd. De vakman sprak geen nederlands, de communicatie was soms wel eens moeilijk maar met google translate verliep dit al bij al vlot. Harde werker, die heel verzorgd werk afleverde. Voor de werken begonnen had ik nog een probleem. De heer Verhas is onmiddellijk langsgekomen om het probleem te bespreken en op te lossen. Voor het verkrijgen van het attest voor de aanvraag van een premie heb ik iets langer moeten wachten. Ik heb hiervoor het gratis nummer gebeld. De telefoon werd vrij snel opgenomen. De dame aan de telefoon was heel vriendelijke en behulpzaam. Enkele dagen later heb ik het attest ontvangen.
