Warning: Stay away from Isoprof – a nightmare of a construction experience Our experience with Isoprof was downright traumatic. What started with clear and written agreements about the work on our roof and external wall insulation, quickly degenerated into a chaotic, damaging and downright disrespectful course of the construction site. Despite clear instructions from both the commercial manager and the site manager — including the preservation of the wooden roof frame and the removal of the gutter — the executing team went their own way and without any form of consultation. Instead of proceeding carefully, they demolished the entire woodwork with brute force, resulting in serious damage to the interior finish of our home, including cracks in the bedroom, ceiling and hallway. Materials were carelessly thrown around, even onto the roofs and skylights of the neighbours. When we politely asked the team to stop, they simply ignored us and continued working undisturbed. The site manager brazenly claimed that removing the gutter had “never been discussed” – while this was indeed the case, which was confirmed by the sales person. When this point was proven beyond doubt, they changed their story: suddenly it was technically impossible and we had to pay extra for an alternative solution. Less than half an hour after this agreement, the team pulled out the gutter anyway, causing additional damage to the roofing of the existing roof. The misery continued to pile up: a PUR foam bottle leaked from the roof onto the skylight of the neighbours, the drain was connected to the wrong (non-functional) point, and the materials were dragged up so carelessly that our internal walls were further damaged. Despite our patience and willingness to communicate, the team eventually decided to leave the site in a hurry – leaving open holes in the facade, through which it literally rained. After that, they simply never came back. The worst was yet to come: instead of taking responsibility, Isoprof claimed through their commercial manager that “the workers were too disturbed”, and that we were the reason they did not want to come back. An incredible distortion of reality. Every intervention on our part was only to point out dangerous or incorrect actions – all things that could have been avoided with good workmanship and respect for agreements. To make matters worse, we learned weeks later that our skylight had been damaged by incorrect use of their scaffolding, which had been moved carelessly. In the meantime, we had already paid for most of the work in advance, and – almost a year after the expected delivery date – we were left with rubble, damage, frustration and zero progress. What followed was a Kafkaesque period of psychological exhaustion: repeated promises that they would “continue working”, only to simply not show up without any explanation. After numerous attempts at a conciliatory solution on our part, Isoprof failed completely. No response, no responsibility, no conscience. We now know that we are not the only ones. Other customers report similar experiences where everything seems to run smoothly as long as the site remains simple. But as soon as something goes wrong or a technical challenge arises, Isoprof disappears from the scene and you are left orphaned. Then you lose your advances and your only remaining option is a lawsuit. Do not be misled by smooth sales talk or positive reviews that they force for simple jobs. This company has no respect for customers, homes or agreements made. Find an insulation company that does take its responsibility and knows what solid work and customer care mean.

Het werk werd uitgevoerd met uitstekende kwaliteit en precies volgens de afgesproken planning. De prijs was ook correct, en de vakmannen waren vriendelijk en professioneel. Zeker een aanrader! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
