Although our roof was only completely renovated a few years ago, we already had problems with leaking gutters. The original executor of those works was meanwhile bankrupt. Italz came by and found some fundamental flaws in the execution of the zinc gutters. They solved it quickly, for a very reasonable price.

Duidelijke informatie en communicatie, ook als er zaken niet lopen zoals voorzien. De bestaande toestand wordt niet gewoon opgelapt, maar aangepakt waar nodig. Strakke en vakkundige afwerking. Ondanks de erbarmelijke weersomstandigheden werd er hard doorgewerkt. Resultaat is top!

Isolatie + groen dak, professioneel afgewerkt volgens offerte met mooi resultaat. We zijn tevreden van de installatie.

De samenwerking met Italz verliep zeer vlot. Ze dachten mee na over de beste oplossing, waren steeds correct en vriendelijk. Last minute aanpassingen van onze kant werden vlot geïmplementeerd. De werken verliepen volgens schema zonder oponthoud, wat in onze opvang toch zeer belangrijk was. Absoluut een aanrader.

Offerte gevraagd, ze zijn vervolgens snel langs gekomen om achteraf niet meer te reageren. Berichten werden echter wel gelezen… Hier stond namelijk een tijdslimiet op, doordat deze niet tijdig is bezorgd (43 dagen!!!) zit ik dik in de shit met de levering van mijn nieuwe keuken. Andere werken kunnen nu dus ook niet uitgevoerd worden hierdoor…
