My sales agreement with Janssens & Janssens was concluded through Mr. Bernard De Langhe. Before signing, we made clear and unambiguous verbal agreements. To my great disappointment, Mr. De Langhe completely disregarded these agreements. His actions were misleading and not in good faith. I strongly suspect I was deliberately deceived, which has seriously damaged my trust in both him and the firm.

This summer we decided to order a beautiful (our chosen size) patio cover in RAL9001 color with Janssens F. patio roofs & carports with motorized screens on all sides. From the first conversation with daughter Shauni we had a good feeling. Samples of the construction, colors and screens were shown so that we got an idea of what we got for our money. After we were allowed to go and have a look at one of their clients (at a similar patio cover) we were completely sold and we couldn't wait for ours. We also did not experience any stress in the communication towards the run-up to places. Thank you for working with your company to make a part of our dream come true!

Very positive. Correct and very friendly. Everything perfectly placed as planned. Only the weather made it a few days later than stated. But that's a detail. The supplied spots are a nice added value.
