Disappointing experience with construction works and poor quality.
Unfortunately, our experience with JANSSEUNE CONSTRUCT BVBA was not as hoped. The preparation for the introduction of gas and the work on our extension garage were not completed to the end and according to the agreements. The execution of the last works (measuring up the wall and installing the foundation was of poor quality, inaccurate and not finished). Moreover, the price was wrong and we had to pay too high a deposit. The work was chaotic, employees who do not speak/understand English, Dutch or French... The quotes are deliberately kept very low in order to obtain the works and then they carry out a mass of work "under direction" which ultimately increases the costs. end very high, up to 3 to 4 times the quotation. We are disappointed and will not work with them again.
