We bought a new sofa in January and it was delivered on February 27th. They came with two of them and assembled them. While unpacking the sofa (it was covered in plastic wrap), they cut the bottom with a knife. It happens, of course. They said they'd report this when they returned, but I ended up having to call them myself, and they quickly came to fix it. So far, so good. After a month, I noticed a sort of sagging in the spot where I usually sit. I'm not extremely overweight, or I don't sit in the same spot for eight hours straight. I work 9-5, so it's not right that a new sofa, which I paid €2000 for, is already showing signs of sagging in the fabric after a month due to insufficient padding or whatever. I took photos and videos of this and sent them to them, with a slight delay because I'm busy with other things myself, of course, thinking they would offer some compensation/solution. It took a while for me to get a response, and the "solution" offered me was to send a technician, which I would have to pay for myself—€130! They would then determine if my complaint was valid. Why wouldn't it be? I would then get my money back later if it turns out I was right, which really doesn't make you feel good as a customer. They explained that they do it this way because they previously paid for it themselves, and the customer didn't refund them. Not my problem. I still hope they realize this is unacceptable. We've been dealing with this for a month now, and the problem is only getting worse. It's a real disgrace. I'll never shop here again.

Incomplete bank delivery and poor customer service experience
Ordered a sofa and of course paid for delivery, but unfortunately the delivery was not complete. Nothing to complain about the 2 male delivery people, they solved it well by leaving half of the sofa, otherwise I would have had nothing to sit on during the holidays. But no cooperation from the office, always calling or emailing myself, do not contact the customer at all. Ordered 1st week of September and now January 2025 still no complete sofa, it will probably be March, they now indicate. For me it is 100% certainly the last time I bought something there or recommend Jore to someone.

Purchase corner lounge
Placed the order immediately after visiting the showroom. Delivery was much faster than expected. All packaging material is included on delivery. Recommended
