A personal approach and service, guidance from the beginning to the end of the construction, agreements are correctly observed and you will certainly not be faced with unexpected surprises. Building can cause a lot of stress, but this was absolutely not the case with us, as we could always go to the same people with our questions. For the realization of our dream home we called on Kets Woningbouw. When we look back on the entire building process, we can't help but be satisfied. To start with, there is the very good guidance and support from manager Michael in the design and choice of materials. But the follow-up of the administrative matters and of the work itself also went very smoothly. After all, we could always count on project leader Yniace from the earthworks up to and including delivery. Through a large number of site meetings on site, but also through a quick response to e-mails, they were always ready to deal with questions, comments or adjustments. In short: We were able to enjoy a very pleasant building process and definitely recommend Kets Woningbouw!

Building is an adventure, and we strongly recommend going on this adventure with Kets Woningbouw. From the beginning Michael made us feel very familiar. His knowledge, transparency and passion appealed to us so much that we knew right away that we wanted to continue working with them. They were very flexible and involved in all aspects of the agreement. The "house architect" Peter Vinck is a creative, with all the advantages and disadvantages. His communication is somewhat more difficult, but his work is prepared down to the last detail. He came up with a surprising plan that perfectly fulfilled our wishes and dreams. He also ensured the correct submission of the file and assisted us with advice and assistance throughout the entire construction process. Kets Woningbouw stands for a personal approach. For example, we toured all possible subcontractors together with Michael, which was a very instructive day. They gave honest feedback and helped monitor the proposed budget. As soon as the works started, Yniace (project leader) took the lead to guarantee both the planning and the quality of the works. He was always available for consultation and also planned sufficient site meetings so that we could follow everything step by step on the spot. Michael was also still well informed about our project. Kets is known for working with the best materials, within every budget. When you see how JECON (electricity), Krijnen (kitchen), J&M (air conditioning and ventilation), YVO Boven (windows)... have delivered real craftsmanship, you can only be satisfied. We have been living in our dream house for about 5 weeks now and we still shine every day when we come home. If we have to look for something "negative", we have to think long. Because even after delivery, they remain committed to the details and the remaining points discussed. There are always small things, but in our project these turned out to be really negligible. Kets is open to dialogue and is very correct. Building is of course also learning to let go of certain responsibilities or doubts. We are glad we were able to let it go at Kets.
