Unfortunately, I cannot give a positive review about Kijk en Bouw NV. We had our old home replaced by a new home from this company, but there are many problems for which they cannot find a solution. The roof is leaking, but they have no idea where the problem comes from. The handles are of different colors and the damaged door is not replaced. The masonry is also incorrectly executed, the stones are gray instead of red. Communication is poor and they make false promises. The only thing that goes fast are the invoices. So be careful when dealing with this company. They promise a lot, but it is important to put all agreements on paper and keep track of them. The quality is poor, the finish is inaccurate and the price is wrong. We had to pay a high deposit and the company left a chaotic and unprofessional impression. They also left a lot of mess behind and the planning was poor. It has become an expensive joke. Our address is Wallebeekstraat in Astene.

Pendant la construction ça s’est plus au moins bien passé quoi qu’on a eu des soucis et des retards avec la mise en route de notre chauffage par le sol donc retard pour carreler par notre carreleur. La coordination est très mauvaise si vous faites appel à d’autres professionnels pour les autres finirons intérieures. Aucune communication claire sur le planning, pas de vision détaillée. Dans la maison depuis juillet 2022, nos joints sont toujours pas là, une infiltration par le châssis a été signalée et une infiltration dans la maison par le toit également. Nous attendons encore des solutions !!! Nous attendons encore notre PEB définitif … Peu réactif, pas un bon service après vente !!

Mijn woning van "KIJK en BOUW is geplaatst in 1990. Alle materialen kan je kiezen in de showroom zodat je vooraf weet wat de kwaliteit is. Al onze wensen zijn tot in de details verwezenlijkt. De prijs bij ondertekenen is de uiteindelijke prijs. Nu na 33 jaar zijn er nog steeds geen gebreken naar boven gekomen. Keuken en badkamer zijn verleden jaar pas gerenoveerd. VOOR MIJ GOEDE PRIJS / KWALITEIT IK BEN TEVREDEN (misschien kan er op 30 jaar veel veranderen)

Kijk en Bouw, vind ik zeker geen aanrader, er wordt een prijs gemaakt van een plan dat wij getekend hadden, de prijs leek interessant, maar voor verdere uitwerking waren we verplicht om eerst 5000€ te betalen, bij verdere uitwerking gingen we een kijkje nemen naar de materialen, alle materialen waren van het goedkoopste, zodat bij verandering van materialen telkens een meer prijs kwam, dus voor alles!!!, zo bekwamen we een veel duurdere woning uit, wat ons deed af haken, totaal niet meer de prijs van in het begin!!! Bij het af haken vroegen we een deel terug van die 5000€, er was maar een voorlopig ontwerp gemaakt, nog geen Architect !!, maar daar wilden ze niet op ingaan, wij voelen ons bedrogen en bestolen waar we niets kunnen aan doen!!

Je construis actuellement avec cette société. J'ai pu constater divers problèmes, notamment dans leur chauffage ( installation et maitrise de la technologie), propreté de chantier (c'est simple, ils ont absolument rien nettoyé), confusion dans les plans d'électricité, finition, 6 mois qu'on attend que les joints de façade soient placés, infiltration via la toiture et la société s'en lave les mains et partent en congés bâtiment d'hiver en nous laissant dans ce désarroi, etc... Par contre leur commercial David est très professionnel et à un suivi sur le projet et n'hésite pas à pousser une gueulante pour faire avancer les travaux.
