Very poor. The workers themselves were excellent, even though there was a significant language barrier. Communication was very poor. Many mistakes, for example, regarding window insulation. Permits still haven't been processed. A lot of waste from insulation connections, broken asbestos plastered everywhere. They want to charge for dimensional errors. The online color chart doesn't match, resulting in a color we didn't choose. They barely respond by phone or email. Very disappointed. They want to pass everything on to the customer. Most mistakes were finally corrected after a long wait, only because we had support from Eco Huis van Antwerpen. They were dismissed because they appeared on a TV program. Disappointing, as we expected much better. Lesson learned and will never trust another company again. As customers, we feel unappreciated and cheated. They prefer to pass mistakes on to the customer instead of taking responsibility for them themselves.

The roofs are finished and I am very satisfied. The workers did their very best with long working days, which meant that the work was finished in a short period of time. They worked very neatly and cleaned everything every day, even at my neighbours. Definitely recommended for future customers.
