Poor after-sales service and unclear communication during installation
I am not satisfied with the services of KONRAD SWIMMING POOLS. They installed a pump but the after-sales service was inadequate. The communication was unclear and it was difficult to make appointments. I really expected better quality for the money I paid. Their planning was also a mess. I would not recommend them for this kind of work.
