Made an offer in Sep 2019 at the company "KS Electric" Pleinstraat 2, 3550 Heusden-Zolder in Sep 2019 for the complete renewal of electricity and unfortunately paid 75% advances before the start of the works. The person concerned never showed up, always postponed the work the day before via email or text message. After nine (9) months of sleepless nights and e-mails to start the dialogue, had the lawyer "declared in default" and had him subpoenaed. Verdict pronounced on April 16, 2021 that he must repay everything by the Court of First Instance of Leuven, but is now appealing. Waiting to see what the verdict will be. In the meantime, several victims have reported with the same problem. Money collected and postponement of the works for all kinds of reasons.
