I'm applying for a retroactive subsidy for my solar panel installation, but I no longer have the AREI inspection certificate. Since KTI is bankrupt, I can no longer request a copy from them. Does anyone know which inspection body KTI worked with? Vincotte certainly doesn't, as I've already contacted them. Terrible company. No service. They're bunglers. Nothing is right and they have absolutely no expertise. Nothing works. No certificates are available because they don't have technicians authorized to issue them. No wonder they went bankrupt. Every good thing gets what it deserves. Gangsters.

Poor communication and service, dissatisfied customer.

Roof damage and poor customer service cause dissatisfaction
Roof damaged because they simply placed the installation on the roofing. Warranty expired and ask a ridiculously high price to dismantle the installation and replace it after repair. Further contact is not possible, neither by phone nor by email. No need anymore. Customer service is non-existent. Company to be avoided absolutely.

Unreliable service and bad installation experience
STAY AWAY from this company! The deadline was postponed time and time again. Appointments were not kept. Visited 3 times due to lack of work preparation, no aerial work platform requested. Incompetent employees who left chaos behind. Partial placement in the shadow side, read: no yield. Incorrect administration with incorrect VAT%. Eventually obtained the necessary certificates via a lawyer and the balance invoice was not paid due to missing subsidies.

Dissatisfaction with solar panel installation and service issues
We had solar panels installed at our company by KTI WTI. When a quote had to be made, there was no problem at all, they were easily accessible, communication was good. When they had to be installed, we were suddenly pushed back. The manager was suddenly very difficult to reach. After the installation, they did not take care of the administration that they had to take care of, which means that now, a year and a half later, I am still busy putting their administration in order and I still cannot receive any refunds/reductions on our electricity bill due to the excess electricity that is fed back into the grid. Very poor service, definitely not recommended!

Poor installation experience with heating systems and customer service
I had a bad experience with KTI-WTI for installing our heating system and heat pump boiler in Zandhoven. Terrible placement. Everything is upside down and nothing fits correctly. Just a big mess. Amateurs first class. The worst is that they still think they are right and are king. They answer the customer rudely and is not important at all. The only thing is to pay their invoices on time. Go through court if they do not want to solve this correctly. Good advice. Never do business with this company. Simply terrible.

Excellent air conditioning system with attention to detail
KTI-WTI installed our air conditioners in Beerse and what a difference! The quality of their work was excellent and it was clear that they had an eye for detail. The finish was high-end and we are very happy with how everything went. The team was friendly and kept to the good planning. We always knew exactly what to expect thanks to their clear communication. Super experience!
