STAY AWAY from this company! The deadline was postponed time and time again. Appointments were not kept. Visited 3 times due to lack of work preparation, no aerial work platform requested. Incompetent employees who left chaos behind. Partial placement in the shadow side, read: no yield. Incorrect administration with incorrect VAT%. Eventually obtained the necessary certificates via a lawyer and the balance invoice was not paid due to missing subsidies.

We had solar panels installed at our company by KTI WTI. When a quote had to be made, there was no problem at all, they were easily accessible, communication was good. When they had to be installed, we were suddenly pushed back. The manager was suddenly very difficult to reach. After the installation, they did not take care of the administration that they had to take care of, which means that now, a year and a half later, I am still busy putting their administration in order and I still cannot receive any refunds/reductions on our electricity bill due to the excess electricity that is fed back into the grid. Very poor service, definitely not recommended!

As a satisfied customer of KTI-WTI, I would like to share my opinion about the work carried out. The company has installed good quality solar panels, which I appreciate. The price was correct and the finish was basic, but sufficient. Unfortunately, when there was a problem afterwards, the planning went poorly and the communication was confusing and unfriendly. This unprofessional approach resulted in a long wait (still) for the replacement of the converter, which is handled by a Chinese sub-company. Promises were not kept and there was often no response, despite repeated insistence, including via Test-Aankoop. Because of this I have already lost almost a year of revenue. It is disappointing that the administrative handling is so difficult.

Very bad company, extra charges were requested at the final invoice. Never reply to emails,liar and no respect for the customers. Hands off!!!!!

After ordering a heating boiler three months ago, still no confirmation when the boiler will be installed. There is no response to emails. When you call, the person who could answer the question is never available. The only thing they are clearly trained to do is turn it down and try to get you to pay as large an advance as possible and then ignore you completely instead of turning you away.

After paying the final invoice and insisting on the inspection report several times, we received this too late, which meant that we missed out on the premium. Since then no more communication from them and no commercial gesture.

My parents feel cheated. - solid price for solar water heater - installation turned out not to have been done correctly. - this caused a leak. - cold test did not happen - floorboard was much too small - wooden floor started to shift. - because of this extra costs, which the seller did not intervene.

This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. After closing the contract, they completely let you down. It took me about 1 year to get the solar panels fully operational. Helpdesk is pseudo non-existent and/or hardly accessible. Action out is not followed. In short: they made sure that I missed the subsidies completely (a first time halving due to not installing on time, a second time due to late sending of the necessary documents so that they were no longer eligible - this concerns the same installation). The battery does not deliver the sold power (sold for 10kWh, effectively approx. 6kWh, so even after all the explanation about margins etc... much lower). Questions about correction/compensation are not even answered. I appealed to the disputes committee, they also get no response. Only one piece of advice : go elsewhere as soon as possible.

I strongly recommend this company AF! Don't keep their promise, can't be reached. Don't answer your emails. Company is only focused on sales, not at all on service! Now having a serious problem with our battery, and can't get in touch.
