Bouwen met Kwadraat is een aanrader. Onze woning heeft een moderne uitstraling, is energiezuinig en de keuze van materialen zijn van erg hoge kwaliteit. Er werd veel aandacht besteed aan ontwerp en functionaliteit van alle kamers. De leefruimte, keuken en inkomhal zijn heel ruim en licht .Ook de ontspannings ruimte heeft veel grote ramen maar dankzij de passieve koeling van de geothermische pomp is zonnewering niet nodig en blijft het zelfs bij zomerse temperaturen aangenaam fris binnen. Er wordt doorheen het bouwproces met veel aandacht voor de kopers’ wensen mee nagedacht over de keuzes en er wordt professionele begeleiding voorzien bij elke stap. Jarenlange ervaring in het bouwen van kwaliteitsvolle woningen resulteert in een uitstekende opvolging van elke partij en een mooie en correcte planning tot tijdige oplevering van de prachtig afgewerkte woning.

Communication from sales team to project team is not clear , project finishing timeline is not maintained and customer’s need is not a priority . Not a customer oriented builder , they have their own guidelines which they follow without taking into consideration customer’s need .
