Poor communication and unreliable return promises
I really do not recommend Laminaat-plaza to anyone. Lack of communication, both internally and towards the customer. Not at all helpful or cooperative. We bought laminate there and clearly indicated that we are in the middle of a renovation of my. Daughter and that can take 2 months or that was a problem because suppose we are going to lay our laminate and we have left over we could just return it without any problems. 2 months later we suddenly could not return it. While one of the employees (Enes) indicated that it was possible without any problems. Promises are not kept, everything by email in black and white but they still indicate that we accept them but then we have to pay 35 euros instead of the other way around. Even if I throw them in the bulky waste I do not return them, this is simply fraudulent practices. So saying things that are not true, and still paying to return it. And simply no solution offered!

Super veel keus in vloeren. Onze gehele woning voorzien van pvc. Ook de trappen laten bekleden. Wij zijn hartstikke tevreden.

Mooi laminaat voor een mooie prijs! Super goed geholpen! Super goed gelegd! En retourservice (3 pakketten over) was ook netjes geregeld! Dik tevreden!

LaminaatPlaza heeft hele mooie vloeren, zo zijn wij dan ook heel erg blij met onze vloer de vloeren legger werkte opzich netjes op wat puntjes na. Ook zat er een fabriekage fout in de vloer en is dit heel erg snel opgelost. Punten die minder goed gingen: Zit op wat kozijnen egaliseer. Maar de eigenaar Taytak belde mij en die vertelde dat dit er makkelijk af moet gaan met warm water. Dit moet ik nog proberen. Wel 1 puntje voor de toekomst. Plinten in verstek plaatsen was wel mooier geweest. Voor de rest erg blij met de vloer.
