Dissatisfied with boiler maintenance service and customer service
I had hired Lauryssen Jos Bvba for the biennial inspection of our boiler in Kontich. Unfortunately my experience was not good, the boiler keeps failing, so that we always get a temperature difference when showering. The explanation we received after reporting the company was also irrelevant, the email was in my opinion only read cursorily by a person who knows nothing about boilers. No, do not do business with this company, no customer service. Not reachable by phone. The only thing that is high here is the bill.

bad after sales service
We have had bad experiences with this company. Our plumbing was installed by Lauryssen and after two years we had a leak at the neighbors below because the silicone had come loose in the shower. Lauryssen came by for a repair that took half an hour and did not solve the problem, but we did receive a bill for 250 euros in the mailbox. When we protested via email we got an unfriendly employee who said it is "normal" for silicones to wear out after two years.
