Since I am a self-builder and also have background knowledge of electricity, I planned to install the electricity and automation of my home myself. Some research on home automation systems made me decide that I needed external advice to provide and program the entire home with home automation. That's how I ended up at Link-It from Zandhoven. They are Gold Partner of Loxone, the system I wanted to install. Roel and Dieter (managers) are 2 very professional people who introduced me to the world of home automation, and showed me all the possibilities in their showroom, so that I immediately had the necessary confidence in this company. In the end I opted for a full-domotics system with lighting control, Smart WiFi, IP Cameras, NFC, automatic shutters, automatic audio system, central heating control, alarm system, etc. Link-It also made a light study that made the choice of recessed spots and fixtures almost complete. were laid down in the construction phase of the house. I installed all cables myself using a simple cable list and floor plans provided by Link-It. The electrical box was delivered fully assembled by Link-It. Although more than 200 preflexes came to the cabinet, it was easy to connect them to the numbered terminals in the cabinet. Just before our move, Arne, a Link-It employee, came to program the first commissioning. A very capable guy who asks the right questions to ensure that the programming matches our wishes as best as possible. We have been living in our house for a month now and are very satisfied with the choices we have made, and the Loxone system itself! Very easy operation via the touch switches and the mobile App. After 3 months, Link-It comes to do the final delivery: Finalizing and adjusting the last programming, so that everything is fully attuned to our way of life. Very nice cooperation, very nice and professional people! And if I have to give a point of criticism: A number of deliveries of material have gone wrong, but have always been rectified immediately.

Professioneel bedrijf en goede service. Senne, een vriendelijke technieker is ter plaatse gekomen en heeft ons zeer goed geholpen met de Schmappee laadpaal. Zeer tevreden.

Na veel vergelijken besloten om met hen samen te werken om onze domotica van Loxone zelf te plaatsen. Momenteel zitten we midden in onze bouwfase en nog geen spijt gehad. Staan steeds telefonisch klaar voor vragen en we hebben ook al enkele keren in hun toonzaal afgesproken. Update april 2023. Ondertussen bijna 2 jaar verder en nog steeds zeer tevreden van de service en dienst na verkoop. Alle materialen van de ondertussen verdere uitbreidingen vandaar ook bij hun besteld. Zeker een aanrader.
