I had a frustrating experience with Lommelen NV. At the end of last year I ordered and paid for four hoods and four ovens, but unfortunately the delivery did not take place. Despite repeated attempts to contact them, my emails remain unanswered. In May I decided to cancel the order, but even then no refund followed. The whole process feels very unprofessional and the way they deal with customers really leaves much to be desired. Really disappointing.

It seems that my experience with Lommelen NV was not so positive. The man behind this company, Ivan Lommelen, is now a well-known name at the Antwerp public prosecutor's office and various other authorities. Unfortunately, I have to confirm many of the bad experiences. The planning did not go at all as promised, which led to a lot of frustration. Moreover, the prices were far from transparent and we felt really misled. Unfortunately, the quality of the work delivered did not look as expected either. In short, it was an unpleasant experience where I would not recommend anyone to buy anything here. They still haven't delivered my television after 1.5 years and have postponed the delivery more than twelve times. The communication was downright confusing and chaotic. Every time I was told that the delivery would be postponed by a few weeks. In addition, I had to pay a lot of money in advance. The whole experience was unprofessional and very disappointing. I would definitely not recommend them. Location: Eindhoven.

Ik heb helaas een slechte ervaring gehad met Lommelen NV toen ze werken uitvoerden in Alleur. De kwality van het werk was echt ondermaats en kwam totaal niet overeen met wat we hadden afgesproken. However, the prices may vary depending on your telephone number. The planning was chaotic and it was often on the move and it was difficult to do so. Tot overmaat van ramp waren de medewerkers ook nog eens bijzonder onbeschoft. Kortom, ik kan Lommelen NV absoluteut neet aanbevelen.

I rate Lommelen NV in Roeselare with a 1 out of 5. We paid for an extractor hood, but it was never delivered. Despite repeated attempts to get our money back, we get no response. The quality of the service is far below par and the accuracy of their planning leaves much to be desired. In addition, we paid a high advance payment that now seems to have disappeared. It is clear that the price is absolutely not correct for what is (not) delivered. Disappointing experience.

Despite multiple attempts to contact me, I received no response. It is frustrating how this company can continue to operate undisturbed in Belgium. The whole experience feels like a common scam. Because of this I absolutely cannot recommend Lommelen NV.

Scammers. There is no delivery.

Unfortunately, our experience with Lommelen NV was not too good. We had ordered a refrigerator, but unfortunately it could not be delivered after 6 months of waiting, and after much insistence NO money back. Selected another model and it was delivered. But this was € 118 cheaper, this would be refunded. Been waiting for this for 2 months now. Don't buy here, they are cheap but if there is something with the delivery you will have a problem!!!

I ordered a freezer on January 28, 2024. I was told that this should be ordered. After waiting 3 months, the freezer has not yet been delivered to Elektro Lommelen. Then I canceled it. We are now on May 22, 2024 and my money has yet to be refunded to me. Elektro Lommelen always indicates that they are investigating why it has not yet been paid. No telephone number, but a WhatsApp number that is not working properly. I am very dissatisfied with the communication and I have yet to get my money back. Bad - Bad - Bad !!!!
