Had a great experience with Van Calster! 1 point of contact (Jan), very good communication and good agreements. The workmen on the site were always super friendly and genuine Kempen craftsmen. If there was a problem it was always solved the next day. Wharf has never stood still (despite corona). Started October 2020, finished at the end of June 2021! We definitely recommend Van Calster :-)

Jan has taken on the entire development of our house. From a self-made sketch by us to a realistic plan with good materials. Very good experience with the masons who were happy to meet our questions at the last minute. The team of professionals that Jan works with also did a good job. If something went wrong, it was solved quickly and correctly. Good follow-up and fast delivery, definitely recommended to work with.

From the first moment there was a click between us and the contractor. After a few agreements, a clear and realistic construction plan followed. Our wishes were taken into account and we were assisted with advice and assistance. Administratively, everything was crystal clear and we were never surprised by unpleasant matters. Jan is very transparent in his work and always keeps to his agreements. If there were still questions, a message was answered within half an hour. The people he works with excel one by one in their field and all come from the region. Everything went fine. So smoothly, in fact, that the house was completed three months earlier than originally planned. Every now and then something goes wrong during the building process. This was always solved very correctly. Initially there was some fear of cold feet to start construction. Jan van Van Calster has completely removed this, we would do business with him again in no time. Top company!
