The rest just didn't know how it works or only a certain part of it. Let the coherence of their mess be the problem! Bad Google review with photos of the ignorance are the only thing that gets a response. If you explain the problem in email or on the phone, it's everyone's fault but theirs. Please pay attention to the installation of the pipes in the photos. And the sloppiness of how this was done. Fire hazard electrical connections in the terminals. Copper is only half in the terminals. (these have been removed at our request)

Dutch-speaking mechanic wanted. a French-speaking mechanic arrives who, after a good half hour of measuring and calling almost constantly, leaves again without solving the problem. cash a good 400 €. was a cheap investment 12 years ago, but now it is expensive. I'm going to replace everything with another WP system now.

Installation fiable mais prix exhorbitant pour un simple dépannage. Intervention de 20 min pour changer un relai qui coute quelques euros facturée 367 € ! Seule explication fournie : "C'est un forfait" !

Inmiddels 3 jaar een warmtepomp van Oshner. Geplaatst door Masser. Graag wil ik wat meer vertellen over de dienst na verkoop. Op dit ogenblik zijn we al 3 jaar aan het wachten voor het online plaatsen van onze thermostaat. Op aanraden van de verkoper van Masser plaatste we de thermostaat deze kan gelinkt worden via de App. Helaas hebben we de licentiecode nooit ontvangen, en kunnen we deze (dure) thermostaat niet gebruiken zoals het moet. Na zeker 20 mailtjes en een tal van telefoons, is hier nog steeds niemand voor langs gekomen. Beloven dat ze dit komen doen, doen ze echter wel. Masser, graag zou ik na 3 jaar eens echt geholpen worden. Zodat het Systeem dat we 3 jaar geleden bij jullie aankochten en ook correct betaalde eindelijk volledig in dienst gesteld kan worden.

Sur 17 ans , j ai eu 3 fuites au niveau des collecteurs. Avec une moyenne de 3000 euros de réparations . Après les entretiens annuels, un problème surgit à chaque fois. Le dernier en date, je devais remplacer le bâti complet + la réparation de la fuite survenue (1x de plus). Le montant total s élevait à +- 18000 euros !!!. .les laissant sans réponses, je suis recontacté et après discussions c est retombé à moins de 10000 euros !!!. Je fais des. recherches et tombé sur leur fournisseur de pompe à chaleur(car il ne les fabrique pas). La société nextherm en France. Je me suis ensuite trouvé un bon chauffagiste frigoriste qui m à refait mon installation pour moins de 5000euros tout compris.

Slechte service! Schuiven de schuld in andermans schoenen... zijn totaal niet bereid om klanten te woord te staan, de persoon die aan de lijn komt wil/kan je niet verder helpen. Nooit krijg je iemand aan de lijn die een beetje verantwoordelijkheid heeft. Herstellingen uitvoeren komt bij hun neer op geldklopperij (en de nodige miserie natuurlijk)!

Bijzonder slechte ervaringen met de firma Masser. Agressieve verkopers, heel lawaaierig systeem, groot verbruik (veel groter dan voorspeld), telkens na "jaarlijks onderhoud" is er iets mis. Bovendien heel moeilijk te vervangen door een ander merk warmtepomp eens je "gevangen" bent. Een absolute afrader.
