Working with unscrupulous subcontractors who install things incorrectly. This is why our rainwater pump broke after 3 years. They do not want to intervene despite the fact that it was installed incorrectly by them. Now you have to replace a pump after 3 years that should normally last 10 years. The company that installed this is also not in touch. The landscaping of the street for which they are responsible has still not been done after 4 years. The thistles grew to a height of 1 meter this summer. If I have to send 10 emails before they maintain their own herb garden, this shows that this company does not care about its customers. They just want to make a quick buck. Stay away from this company if you want to live a carefree life.

Bad house and bad after-sales service: I bought a new house in 2013 and barely 9 years later I had to renew the entire roof because of seeping water. Total cost of more than 6000 euros (Matexi intervenes for only 765 euros, haha). All other owners in my street all have serious problems with the house, there are even those who have been suing Matexi for years. We would not buy a house from Matexi again. A man informed.....
