Garage door installation disappointing, lack of communication.
Two years ago, MITHRE installed a new garage door for us in Zwijndrecht. Unfortunately, I am not completely satisfied with the work. Although the finish was quite simple, I felt that the subject did not receive much attention. The price was indeed attractive, but it came with compromises. The installation had good planning, but the final result did not fully meet my expectations. Definitely a point of improvement for the future. After 2 years the gate continues to falter on the top pulley, someone from Mithre came by and paid €155, after 2 days everything was back, everything was rock solid, already 1 month after the 1st appointment, no one yet. seen,no communication with the company,this is just disastrous

Bad experience with remote control and communication, disappointing.
Unfortunately, my experience with MITHRE was not that positive. The remote control failed and after 5 emails the problem was still not solved. Communication was confusing and I felt abandoned. No advance payment and an inaccurate invoice did not improve the situation. Afterwards I also found dirt left behind. The price was not correct and I was not helped properly. In the end I had to solve the problem myself. I am disappointed and will not work with them again.

Disappointing experience with garage door installation in Zandhoven.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend MITHRE for installing my garage door in Zandhoven. The basic finish was ok, but the price was not correct and the communication was confusing. The work was clean, but the service was unprofessional and rude. Hopefully they will improve their approach in the future.

Poor communication and quality: disappointing experience with MITHRE
Unfortunately I can't give MITHRE a good rating as my experience with them was far from positive. The works, during which the garage door was installed in the run-up to the summer of 2023, did not go as hoped. During our meeting, the technician kept insisting on payment issues, which certainly did not improve the professional handling. And as if that wasn't enough, problems with the gate suddenly started to appear in early 2024. I contacted them and was asked to pass on the notification via email. Fortunately, I quickly received a response stating that a technician was nearby and I would be called shortly. Unfortunately, after numerous emails and phone calls, the technician finally called late in the evening from his home in the Netherlands. We tried to reset the engine together via a video call, but unfortunately this did not yield any results. He promised to quickly report the matter to his dispatch. After countless emails, it wasn't until more than a day later that I received the message that I had to wait more than a week before someone could come. I ended up taking that morning off, but much to my disappointment, no one showed up. I received an email in the morning saying the technician was out sick, and I haven't heard anything since. I am willing to give MITHRE another chance to resolve this, but if there is no improvement, I will be forced to take steps through my lawyer to recover some of the money. It is very disappointing to find that communication has been confusing and chaotic, and the overall quality and finish of the work has simply been poor.

Disappointing service and quality at MITHRE Garagepoort
Review of MITHRE - Replacing a garage door in Drongen Unfortunately, I have to describe my experience with MITHRE as disappointing. The works were of poor quality and the planning was far from optimal. In addition, the professional lacked professionalism. The garage door that was replaced did not meet my expectations and I am therefore not satisfied with the result. I was hoping for better service, especially considering the low price I paid. However, cheapness turned out not to be a good indication of quality in this case. It's a shame that MITHRE didn't meet my expectations. Whilst I understand that not all customers will have the same experience, I am unfortunately unable to provide a positive review for the works carried out by MITHRE.

Wij hebben de garage poort 1 jaar geleden gekocht.wij zijn niet te spreken over de service van dit bedrijf. Zij laten u gewoon niks van hun horen . Telefonisch niet bereikbaar, via mail krijg je gewoon geen antwoord. Zo veel spijt dat wij hier voor gekozen hebben .nu is de garage poort weer stuk .en wij kunnen nergens terecht 🙀 Hopelijk vinden wij iemand om het te herstellen. Wij zetten nooit reviews , omdat ik zelf en zaak heb ,maar dit vind ik er over .

We bestelden een aluminium garagedeur en werden twee maanden vastgehouden. Hij is ruw geplaatst zonder enige afwerking en bovendien maakt hij een ontzettend lawaai en schudt hij als je hem opent en sluit. Het secretariaat is betreurenswaardig. Dit bedrijf moet worden vermeden omdat er geen professionaliteit, geen respect en slechte kwaliteit is. Wees echt, heel voorzichtig...

Poort en voordeur via hen besteld en laten plaatsen. Voor de plaatsing super vriendelijke mensen maar na plaatsing van poort en voordeur niemand meer te pakken te krijgen buiten de receptioniste. Mails worden niet beantwoord en worden ook niet terug gebeld. Voordeur gaat na plaatsing niet meer open. Poort is de rubber verkeerd. Trekt echt nergens op. Raad niemand dat bedrijf aan...

Je suis étonné par le nombre d'avis négatifs. Début juillet 2022, j'ai demandé prix pour une porte de garage. Marc Masson est venu rapidement chez moi et j'ai commandé la porte sans versé d'acompte. Celle ci a été posée dans les 48 heurs comme promis. Les techniciens sont arrivés à 10h et ont travaillés jusqu'à 20hs. Après ils devaient rentrés chez eux au nord de Maastricht soit 1 h de route minimum. La semaine dernière, mon épouse a abimé 2 panneaux. A 17 hs j'ai envoyé des photos demandant de l'aide. Très rapidement, j'ai été contacté par le service technique. A 19h20, ils me proposaient d'intervenir le lendemain matin. J'ai accepté. Le lendemain à 10h30 le technicien était présent et changeais les 2 panneaux et ce avec professionnalisme. Dans les 2 cas une fois le travail terminé, il m'a été demandé de payer par virement et de prouver la bonne exécution. Ce que j'ai fait avec plaisir. Bref: MERCI à eux. Jacques De Jong
