Wet wall is still wet after treatment by Murprotec. After a year, a Mutprotec inspector came to measure the humidity by drilling a hole in the wall and putting the grit in a measuring device. The meter indicated 4%. So according to Murprotec the wall was dry even though the wall was soaked. According to the inspector, the cause could be elsewhere. Since no measurement was taken in the beginning, it is likely that the wall has always been dry on the inside and that this expensive treatment was not necessary at all. This is pure rip off.
Wet wall is still wet after treatment by Murprotec. I was told that the wall would be guaranteed to be dry and that if after a year the wall was still damp (max 6%) they would continue to treat. Moisture was not measured during expert visit before treatment. Warranty 30 years. A year after the treatment, the wall was still just as wet as in the beginning, moisture meter indicated between 14 and 20 moisture. Zeer snelle en professionele service. Goede, eerlijke analyse en uitleg door Sebastiaan: geen onnodige kosten indien uit analyse blijkt dat ze niet kunnen helpen.

Deze week kwam Sebastiaan n.a.v. vermoedelijke vochtproblemen in onze woning bij ons langs. Hij constateerde dat de problemen geen vochtproblemen waren, maar vanuit een ander probleem kwam en dat we dat best laten aanpakken. Algemeen een aangenaam en vlot contact.

Heel slechte ervaring. Men kwam ter plaatse kijken om oorzaak van het probleem vast te stellen, er werd mij een verslag beloofd, maar ik heb nooit iets ontvangen, ook niet na meerdere herinneringen. Ook geen offerte voor herstellingswerken gekregen.

Maken afspraak voor 19 januari. Zelfde dag laten ze weten dat ze niet kunnen komen. Hun agenda zit vol tot juni 2025. Niet betrouwbaar. Een dikke nul.
