In June 2022 I contacted Nico after reading the many good references for making our electrical installation compliant again. He had come to visit quickly to view the situation. He did not have time himself, but he had a subcontractor who could do the job in July. He made a quote and I had to pay 1/4 immediately as a deposit. The subcontractor contacted me and was able to start on August 15 (yes, a public holiday) and was going to come for 3 days and then evaluate how far he had come. These 3 days turned out to be 3 half days and there was still a lot of work to be done, but it would be completed in September. He continued to schedule me, but always together with Nico, because the work turned out to be too complicated for him. I was scheduled every few weeks on Saturdays and on the day itself he always had to leave again in the afternoon or shortly after noon. After October 2022 and after an interim invoice (/second advance payment because no hours or materials were stated on the invoice) I had difficulty reaching both the subcontractor and Nico. In December the subcontractor announced that he would no longer be coming. After calling Nico several times, an appointment was made in March: did not show up. New appointment in May: did not show up again. Finally, after a registered letter in June, supposedly finished. Electricity not approved. Finally finished in September 2023, now approved. Now in August 2024 still no final invoice received and therefore cannot apply for a renovation premium. More than 4500 euros in advance payments were made.

Snel, correct, proper en houdt zijn woord. Heel positieve ervaring.

Was een volledige vernieuwing voor keuring. Na volledige betaling nog steeds niet in orde. Zal iemand anders moeten zoeken voor keuring.

Super goed bedrijf komt elke afspraak keurig na en levert zeer goed werk van A tot Z 👍👍👍

Ik heb Nico gecontacteerd voor het volledig hernieuwen van alle electricieit om terug een conform attest te hebben. Initieel allemaal vlot verlopen, drie kasten geplaatst maar echter toen we in de laatste fase zaten en hij zelf de keuring ging aanvragen die nodig was voor begin december heeft die niets meer laten weten. De kast is ongelabeld achtergelaten en hij heeft de keuring nooit aangevraagd en heb geen enkel electrisch schema ontvangen ondanks die wel €200 gefactureerd heeft die ik toen in vertrouwen betaald heb gezien de vlotte werken op het moment. Ik heb wel zeker 50 keer geprobeerd hem telefonisch te bereiken of via mail, zelfs na een aangetekend schrijven getekend voor ontvangst geen gehoor. Door de complexiteit van alle verbonden kasten zeer jammer dat ik nu op zoek moet naar een ander om zijn werk af te ronden en nog eens kan betalen voor schema's. Ondertussen heb ik uitstel moeten aanvragen voor de keuring doordat ik in overtreding was en hij heel goed op de hoogte was van deze datum. Je klanten zelfs na een aangetekende zending waarin staat dat je betaald hebt voor niet ontvangen diensten is gewoon afzetterij.

1e afspraak was goed. 2e keer niet gekomen en niets laten weten, 3e keer zijn afspraak verzet maar ook hier dan opnieuw niet gekomen en niets laten weten. We zijn 2 maand verder en nu zou het zijn voor "ten vroegste een maand. " No thank you.
