NV Delmulle - Danilith

In 2018 had a house built. The construction supervisor was a disgrace and was fired. Mr. de Vos (dir) has since been discharged, was not correct regarding his agreements. Kitchen drawing with connections was incorrect. Had to solve it myself. Sockets were in the wrong place. Also problems with the color of the roof tiles. However, I am a construction engineer myself. So I know something about construction matters. The house is very well built. However, without a crawl space, so make sure you have enough pipes installed. Now 6 years later I saw that the connection of the dormer was not correct. With the new supervisor of finishing and delivery, I have now noticed that it is excellent cooperation. He and Hendrik (supervisor of shell construction) have ensured that this was completely resolved. I think that with these two construction supervisors the company has taken a positive step forward. Congratulations, keep up the good work and especially listen to your customers. They are your bread for the future.

The quality of the work was really top. The team was very disciplined and kept to the planning, which we really appreciated. The communication was also flawless and friendly, so that everything that had to be done was very clear. In short, a very nice experience and definitely recommended!

Never do business with the Danilith company. After five years, both of our homes have still not been completed. The whole process became a nightmare. No respect for the materials. Damage everywhere. Non-functioning devices. Poor and pitiful workmanship. Always trying to put the blame on someone else so as not to have to admit their bungling. Irreparable defects such as poor jointing of the floors, poor construction of platforms, bathroom can only reach 19 degrees, problem was not solved, poorly closing shower door with water running under it, damaged front door due to the use of products where nothing was masked off, resulting in the windows show traces of product. All this cannot be undone. Tiles throughout the house would have to be broken up as there is not a meter visible with the same color of grout. Even sawdust and dirt were mixed with the grout. Stains in the tiles due to dirty rags placed on them that were soaked in product. This way I can still write pages with problems. This is really not new construction but even worse than a renovated home. The only thing they propose is a capital loss of €1000 that they are willing to pay if you believe them. This is really unheard of. So please don't start with this company because you will pay for it for the rest of your life.

Ons woning is gebouwd in 2005 /2006.veel vocht problemen. In het begin alles goed ,façade afgebroken en al Nu terug vochtproblemen volgens verzekering bouwfout , Danilith gecontracteerd de woning is te oud volgens hen ,het is geen nieuwbouw meer .telefonisch contact afgesnauwd tot en met,het water loopt via de spots naar binnen.ik krijg als antwoord leg de elektriciteit af.ze doen zelfs de moeite niet om te komen kijken. Alsje met Danilith in zee gaat . Goed voor 10 jaar Daarna word je aan je lot overgelaten

Ben tevreden met mijn woning. Zeer energie zuinig!

Wij hebben ons huis gebouwd en zijn zeer tevreden van hen. Chiara is zeer correct en komt met leuke ideeën naar voor. De opvolger is Rob en hij heeft een snelle en directe communicatie.
