We left the key with the contractor so the company would always have access to repair their defective doors without us having to be present. I was promised a call back the next day, but even after two and a half weeks, Laura, the daughter-in-law responsible for this after-sales service, hasn't called me back. Laura also failed to keep her appointments from the start: we had taken a half-day off work on Thursday, May 30, 2024, to choose the doors; that afternoon, she canceled our appointment because she had to arrange something for her wedding ceremony. We were then, on another day (a new appointment), very well assisted by the lady and gentleman from the company.

Deuren sluiten niet, knelt en het slot werkt niet. Plaatsing en dienst na verkoop is triest.

Vorige week 5 schilderdeuren laten plaatsen. Goed afgewerkt en geplaatst. Aanrader!

Eetplaats gekocht via Belga meubel maar wel van hen gemaakt. Barkast klopt aan geen kanten! Duurzaam is het ook niet direct beschadigingen en totaal niet mooi afgewerkt!
