PELA Productions carried out the interior carpentry for our recent project in East Flanders. Unfortunately, the experience was far from positive. The quality was substandard and the planning seemed chaotic. Communication was difficult and often confusing, causing ambiguities. In addition, the workplaces were left quite dirty. Clerical errors were made when drawing up the invoice and he appeared very tired. Almost as if he had a hangover that still needed to be dealt with. Speaking was difficult and the work pace was also below par. We also smelled a musty (lost alcohol) odor. His ears are a magnet for magnets as they are pierced from top to bottom, and his arms are covered in tattoos. Tattoos are still OK, but in terms of work safety with such a hardware store... Also a very unkempt and long beard. We were very afraid that he would get stuck with his beard or piercings. What if he encountered an accident with us because of this. Furthermore, he was constantly on his cell phone, which gave us an absent and distracted impression. As if our work wasn't important. You should arrange private matters at home and not with your customers. The time on his cell phone was passed on to us, which is certainly not OK. Definitely not recommended...
