10-year warranty, right? They just send their cat if you ask them to come fix it. After-sales service is nonexistent. But ask for a quote for a different part of the house, and they&#39;ll be quick to respond. We&#39;re still waiting for them to feel like fixing it.

Absolutely not recommended because 1) the first heavy downpour caused rain to come inside (the roof flooded) and 2) very poor communication (or rather, NONE) – only a response after two registered letters, and 3) the &quot;solution&quot; offered seems like a simple patch-up. I&#39;m anxiously awaiting the next heavy downpour.

Renovation of flat roof above living space and bathroom. Light beam was professionally removed, roof structure completely removed, insulated and rerouted. All waste cleared away. Both the commercial man and the team did a great job. The aftercare was also perfect.

Planning: Did not show up due to incorrect planning Execution of the work seemed to be a mess. They asked to remove an old pellet stove exhaust and they started to remove the exhaust (heat pump) of the neighbors. Tiles are crooked and ridge tiles are loose. The manager then comes by and from the street &quot;That looks good&quot;. Lots of talk but execution and follow-up seems to be a mess.

Fine cooperation from drawing up the quote to finishing the renovation. Friendly cooperation by phone for the appointments and immediately all the paperwork for applying for the premium in order. The price of the quote was exactly the same as the invoice. No surprises. I am satisfied!
