After a pleasant experience in the showroom, we ordered our windows. Upon installation, they turned out to be too small. This can happen; we err. After about three months, the correct windows were delivered, but the wrong guides for the roller shutters were delivered. A few weeks later, the correct guides arrived. The quality of the windows was disappointing! The guides were finished at the bottom with a brown plate, while the windows are black. It looked amateurish! We placed a PVC sill on an existing bluestone sill, even though we had understood the window would be installed in place of the previous one. The hinge caps inside the room weren't properly covered. In short: everything was substandard.

Very good experience. Practical and unforeseeable problem solved quickly and well. Recommended company!

Profitramen.be did a fantastic job at our home in Herselt. They installed new windows, front door, front roller shutters, fly screens and pleated blinds. Team 1, with Nathan and Peter, delivered beautifully finished work. What struck us most was their friendly attitude and perfect communication. Everything was clearly discussed and coordinated. The quality of their work is truly excellent and they had an eye for detail that we greatly appreciate. Unfortunately I can only give 5 stars, but from us you get a well-deserved 10!

Een bedrijf waar je 100% kan op rekenen. De werken (plaatsen van nieuw raam met toebehoren) werden door Laurent uiterst professioneel uitgevoerd. Tijdens de uitvoering van de werken werden er spontaan ook verbeteringen aangebracht aan een reeds bestaande raam, zonder meerkost! Prachtig werk. Wij gaan in de toekomst ongetwijfeld nog op jullie vakmanschap beroep doen!
