I absolutely cannot recommend RDG Team. The installers were friendly, and that's all that's positive. They don't keep their promises, keep postponing the installation, don't know when it will be delivered, keep guaranteeing that they will let you know in advance when they will install, but keep showing up at the door unannounced, ... When I call them for more information, half the time they don't pick up the phone and the other half they say that it will definitely be fixed tomorrow, when of course that doesn't turn out to be the case afterwards. 90% advance payment without having seen anything about the installation, window or quality is ridiculous. Invoices are sent out very last minute with only a payment term of 14 days (!) and then they immediately threaten to call in a bailiff. We are very dissatisfied and can only advise against them. Our windowsills are placed crooked and some windows don't close properly. Very disappointed in this company. A small family business where nobody knows what they are doing.

RDG definitely recommended, work very accurately, correct price, good finish. Have already contacted this company several times for me. Really top, I can't say more about it. A big thank you to the entire RDG team.

Replacement of a very large and poorly placed sliding window, including surrounding pleats.

Review aangepast van 1 naar 3 sterren; 1)De afspraak van opmeting is fout doorgekomen via telefoon. 2)Bedrijf vraagt 95% voorschot zonder dat je 1 raam gezien hebt. 3)Ramen en deur waren dan in een foute kleur gespoten door communicatie fouten in beide richtingen aldus ook door de foute opmeting uur. 4)Vervolgens volledig in de kou gezet gevolgd door mails van wanbetaling en geklaag over de 1ster review. 5) zelf alles herspoten en blaasvorming ondekt in pvc lat binnenkant deur die door Reynaers bevestigd is als spuit fout maar die niet erg is. 6) tijdens plaatsing was er een dagkant te klein. Dit was niet vermeld bij opmeting waardoor de plaatsers een stuk van een reeds geverfde muur hebben opengekapt. 7) De 3 sterren zijn dan ook vooral voor de installateurs die hun werk perfect gedaan hebben,de factuur die klopt, de kwaliteit van Reynaers aluminium.

We kunnen niet gelukkiger zijn met onze nieuwe ramen en deuren! Jullie hebben altijd alles in het werk gesteld om ons kwaliteitsdiensten te leveren. Ze zijn niet alleen esthetisch mooi, maar ze hebben er ook voor gezorgd dat ons huis nu veel energiezuiniger is. Bedankt voor de fijne samenwerking.
