Recour BVBA

Recour BVBA installed an awning for me in Westende. Although the planning was followed well, there were unfortunately a few points that were disappointing. The quality of the work was fine, but the communication left much to be desired. The owner is very unfriendly once you have signed the quote. In addition, the final price did not correspond with the original agreements, an extra was charged that was not on the quote. I tried to contact them by phone but could not explain myself, was cursed at and threatened. I do not see any further cooperation in the future. So for the remaining work I will go to the competition.

Aucun suivi des contacts clients, beaucoup de promesses pour peu de résultats, retards en cascade, peu fiables, plus d'un an entre commande et achèvement des travaux, reporte la responsabilité des difficultés sur les fournisseurs , je ne ferai plus jamais appel à cette firme

Alles perfect en volgens afspraak verlopen. Zeker aan te raden!

Levering en plaatsing is helemaal volgens de offerte en gemaakte afspraken. Er is nazicht/opvolging van de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden, zodat alles perfect afgewerkt wordt! Men neemt ook contact op wanneer men langskomt etc... Kortom, een zeer correct bedrijf, niet twijfelen om met hun in zee te gaan!

Heel proper afgewerkt werk. Alles uitgevoerd zoals afgesproken. Correcte en duidelijke offerte conform met de factuur.

Zeer degelijke installatie en vriendelijke mensen (ook de installateur!)
