The porch they built for us had a leak all the way around the cornice. The wooden construction around was completely rotten after 10 years. I called many times but never received any satisfactory action. Afterwards I paid for another cornice, but it was installed incorrectly, so the water no longer flowed to the gutter. It took more than a year before this error was corrected and forgotten work was corrected. It took dozens of emails and phone calls before everything was sorted out. But now I still have a leak somewhere, the origin of which they cannot find.
