Requested quotes, didn't arrive, had to go to the showroom first. The operator asked for my information five times. Finally, I got to the showroom and had to wait over half an hour for someone to help me, even though I had an appointment. Finally, a very expensive quote.

I would like to share my experience with Renoco bv, the company that recently installed roller shutters, a front door and a new patio cover. We are very satisfied with the result. The installation went smoothly and the professionals were very skilled. Moreover, the work was completed quickly. The quality of the products supplied is excellent and the price was correct. Last week they installed blinds on the glass roof of our winter garden. Nice guys doing a good job. Very solution-oriented, precise and careful with our belongings. Yesterday afternoon they dismantled the old shutters and installed the new ones today. Again extremely professional and well finished. Nice guys who discuss and explain everything. 6000 euros paid for installing shutters. 1 of them is hung crookedly and continuously malfunctions. This is because they did not want to use an aerial platform. It's been 10 calls and 3 months later and it still hasn't been made. Dissatisfied with the service

I had a garage door installed by the company Renoco in Geleen-Sittard. They were slightly more expensive than the other two companies that I had quoted, but I had a lot of confidence in their salesman Raymond Hambeukers because he promised in a pleasant conversation at my home that everything would be neatly finished and that everything would be fine. After placement I got a call from this gentleman. He told me that he had not seen that profiles were still needed to finish the sides and that they had not been included in the offer. I would have to pay an additional €150 for these profiles. In other words, he had made a mistake and he wanted me to pay for it. A conversation with the director Marco Peters of Renoco also yielded nothing. According to the director, the switch needed to operate the garage door via an app was also not available worldwide and was not included in the delivery, while it is simply offered for sale on various sites. If the quote had been €150 higher, I would never have gone into business with this company and if I had known what their service is like, certainly not.

Still a great company after a setback. Initially a big disappointment with the communication with this company. First appointment not completed. Then made a few more phone calls. In the end, the shutter was properly repaired by Wesley and Sam. Two very sympathetic mechanics who did their utmost and delivered a very neat job. And pleasant to deal with and communicate.
