RENOFFICE BVBA

I hope that enough people read these reviews and that way they don't have to go through the same misery as us. We started working with Renoffice in the summer of 2024. Sales pitches and the contractor round went very smoothly. We were very satisfied at first. They started in September 2024. And after 3 weeks the misery started. No one showed up anymore. In total, after 8 months they worked for us for 45 days and 126 days that we didn't see anyone (so only 2 of the 8 months were worked). Oh yes, at the beginning we were told that it would take about 6 months. Our coordinator who was clearly partly responsible for the poor planning was fired (fortunately) and we are now getting a new coordinator. In their sales pitches they always said that if a worker suddenly couldn't do it anymore, they would send a replacement. Our electrician who quit halfway through his work (who also locked himself out and broke the main water valve) is still at home after 7 weeks of foot problems. No replacement seen and we still have a leak in the basement. Well still a lot of work and a lot of misery. So hopefully enough people read this and you do NOT choose renoffice !!! We are stuck and see no positive outcome for this misery.

Since Horizon Renovation uses the same photos on their new website that Renoffice advertised a few years ago, I would like to demonstrate this. They are now erasing their tracks on Facebook Renoffice and are now using the old photos as new ones for Horizon Renovation. Renoffice also refuses to refund my advances for kitchen and windows (30 percent, which should be put on an advance account of Renoffice and of which Renoffice pockets another 15 percent through a contract with the contractors, of which the customer is not aware), works that were never started due to their poor coordination. In the meantime, we still live without a bathroom and kitchen, and my wife had to endure her chemotherapy without any comfort.

Renovating without stress, then you should definitely NOT be at Renoffice. Bad experience. No communication and ultimately had to tackle and plan everything ourselves or we would still be in the works. The finishing was poor. Mandatory ventilation was not installed, which meant we had to pay an extra fine.

Wat een vlotte verbouwing zou moeten worden, is momenteel een nachtmerrie. Samenwerking met Renoffice gestart voor onze totaalrenovatie in oktober 2021, enkele maandan nadien alle aannemers gekozen en ongeveer één jaar later alle voorschotten betaald. Daarna een volledig jaar geen nieuws, geen planning, geen reacties op onze vragen … Begin 2023 kregen we een volledige planning met een duur van enkele maanden terwijl we in de woning zouden kunnen blijven wonen. Deze planning werd meermaals verschoven en uiteindelijk gewist, geen enkele aannemer wist van iets en blijkbaar hadden we ook ineens een nieuwe coördinator (we zitten vandaag al aan onze 5de, de vorige 4 waren telkens ineens van het project gehaald of niet meer werkzaam bij Renoffice). Na veel aandringen kregen we ineens bezoek van één van de zaakvoerders die ons project opnieuw wou aanpakken, ondertussen ook al maanden niets meer van gehoord. Uiteindelijk zijn ze gestart met de afbraak eind 2023 (niet in 2 fasen zoals ons beloofd was) zodat onze woning onbewoonbaar is sindsdien. We zijn nu 17 maanden verder sinds de start van de werken en onze ruwbouw is verre van klaar, alles blijft aanslepen, geen uitzicht naar een eindresultaat, geen correcte planning, geen communicatie, enkel maar beloftes en excuses …

To be honest, our experience with RENOFFICE BVBA was quite disappointing. We had chosen them to supervise a renovation project in Asper, mainly because we are not at home much and had expected them to take care of everything. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The communication was confusing and chaotic; I had the feeling that I had to constantly chase things up myself. Also when you call, you get a very unprofessional attitude, almost as if you are being laughed at. The planning was anything but smooth and the price did not match what we had in mind. For those looking for reliability and professionalism, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

a complete disaster We ended up at Renoffice because we were going to do a complete renovation. Their website promised a lot of good, but the opposite is true. The communication is downright bad, you can't escalate in any way, you only have 1 contact person (if you're lucky) and you have to make do with that. They don't think along, you have to figure everything out yourself (which heat pump, how many solar panels, how much insulation......). There is absolutely no follow-up of the work! Various works were also really poorly carried out. And the coordinator who was assigned to us really didn't know anything about it. We had a stability engineer come on our own initiative, and thank goodness, otherwise the entire top floor might have come down by now! When signing the contract, we were promised that everything would be ready in Oct-Nov 2021. When the planning was finally made, this had already been postponed to the beginning of March 2022. But we are still (Aug 2024!!!) without a heat pump, without ventilation, ..... in other words on a construction site. This has cost us, besides a lot of frustrations, and also a lot of extra money (we had to temporarily look for another home, 1 contractor did not show up and had already been paid in full, on the advice of Renoffice). A lot was promised, but they also lie to your face.... and you can do nothing, just wait, be patient and be polite. Renoffice advised us to put the plumber, who did not show up, in default, which we did, even twice as they asked. They then sent another plumber to see what still had to be done, but apparently we had to pay him too! Then we did not hear from them for months. Our last coordinator apparently no longer works there. In desperation, we hired a lawyer. Of everything they promised (choice of different contractors for each job, only contractors who work qualitatively well and who are financially healthy, and follow-up of the work so that you can even go on holiday with peace of mind) there is NOTHING! Definitely not recommended!

After a total renovation of our house in 2020, which we are still very satisfied with today, both the follow-up and implementation. It is now the turn of our storage facility. This will be done in phases in consultation with Renoffice. Initially the flat roof was in urgent need of replacement. This went as agreed and we are very satisfied with it. The next step is covering the walls, new windows and a sliding window. New floor and our storage room will become a cozy outdoor cave. Very satisfied, thank you renoffice!!!

Renoffice BVBA has carried out a number of works for us in Zaventem, including laying a new floor, installing windows and doors, tearing out the kitchen and making some adjustments to the electricity. Unfortunately, the end result was far below par. The quality of the work was very disappointing and definitely not what we expected. In addition, the planning was downright chaotic, which meant that the work took much longer than promised. In addition, the sanitary work was not carried out because Renoffice had not passed on the advance payment I had paid to the contractor. I was verbally promised more banal things... suddenly they were there with a settlement in which mainly attention was paid to negative reviews and my duties were ignored. In itself does not impose any obligations... Now, because I refuse to sign this and have posted a negative review in the meantime, they are threatening a lawsuit about... yes... the reviews. Do they also prosecute the people who spoke to HLN? oWe would not recommend Renoffice BVBA if you hope for a professional, streamlined collaboration.

Unfortunately I cannot give positive feedback about Renoffice BVBA. The works were not carried out, which was very disappointing. The collaboration was chaotic and unprofessional. The quality of the work done was very poor and the planning left much to be desired. Moreover, the costs were high compared to what was delivered. The staff was rude and did not take any responsibility. An experience to quickly forget.

I am extremely happy with the decision to hire Renoffice for the complete renovation of my ground floor, including a new kitchen. The quality of the work is excellent! Renoffice had absolutely an eye for the proposed budget. The planning was carefully followed and communication was clear and professional. The team was also very friendly. I can highly recommend Renoffice to anyone looking for a professional and reliable partner in the construction sector. Thank you, Renoffice!
