• Paid for professional work but clearly performed by amateurs with all the consequences that entails
• Friendly employees at the office, contacts and appointments went quite well. • A hard-working team on site, but do they have enough experience? That's what I wonder when I look at the end result. • A foreman or supervisor on the shop floor who accepts suggestions or comments with difficulty and who also shows this “subtly”. • As far as the placement of the tiles is concerned: people started too low, with the result that the existing drainage gutter is higher than the placed tiles?! • The tiles also end up too low against the facade. You can see that on the existing blue coping stone, because it indicates where the previous tiles have been. The color difference on the coping stone can no longer be eliminated. There was certainly enough screed, because a lot was dumped into the container. • There is insufficient drainage. When it rains, the water remains in puddles • At the end of the works and yes almost vacation.....quickly add some water and then leave. With all the consequences that entails, because the jointing work was really not done properly. • After a conversation with Tim, they come to solve it. But ...... with a darker color. Now let's say it's not professional. • Indelible stains on the vowels, which can only be solved by turning them over. (Put the bottom side up) The answer will be: Thank you for the feedback. I will certainly discuss these comments with our workers. A very sad story
