Pure fraud. Sabotaging the installation with the goal of getting a second visit. Young guests aged around 19-20. Extreme amounts.

PURE FRAUD!!! Even one star is too much. After reporting excessive water consumption, we contacted a plumber by phone via ***, after which the manager of SANISECOURS proposed an intervention (leak detection) for €520. Two people arrived on-site, did not carry out any effective work, and immediately demanded €1070. A subsequent assessment through the fire insurance company revealed an actual leak (in the kitchen boiler). SANISECOURS received a written warning but did not respond and is unreachable by phone. A complaint has been filed with the police!

The person was friendly but chaotic. No clear information about the price. I quoted a base price and asked how much, but he couldn't answer. The battery of the drain unblocker was flat, and they tried to charge it through my car and cables. When that didn't work, the person stayed away for two hours, while the toilet was 'open' and full of stinking dirt. They just walked in and out of the bathroom and kitchen, and the phone was constantly ringing. The price of the whole thing: €1961 for a drain unblocker. No clear invoice, just a signature and some explanation of the costs (€950 for the product, €900+ for the machine, and some other costs). Payment was due immediately, in cash or by bank transfer. I immediately left a positive review, but with the message that it was too expensive. I paid while crying (and the person was very willing—read: pushy—to effectively help with everything on my mobile phone??). I'm really upset and can't accept that this is happening. Result: toilet still leaking....

A bunch of unreliable people who don't keep their promises and leave behind a lot of mess and filth. They're also quite aggressive when it comes to invoices. They don't solve anything, just misery and a hefty bill, and pain afterward without anything being resolved. Completely unprofessional and quite aggressive.

€780 for 1.5 hours of work unclogging a kitchen drain with a pressure washer. No spare parts, only a small amount of drain cleaner was used. A pure scam of the purest kind. The company operates on the motto: You can only scam most people once, but it takes almost forever to scam everyone. Someone should take legal action against this kind of mafia.

- they say they will intervene in 45 minutes but made me wait all day - they immediately raise their voice and threaten to leave if I do not accept their scandalously high rates, claiming that it is an emergency intervention - weekend surcharge > + 50% - they add VAT after the intervention - they demand immediate payment
