Very bad experience. Unblocking was supposedly solved after 5 minutes and €371.00 but after an hour the same problem. Blockage again as soon as paper was thrown in the toilet. Called back to come back. Came back the next day but could not solve the problem. Suggested to try it with high pressure. (+675.00€). Called another company. Problem solved in 10 minutes with suction power and for €120.00. They should take this company off the market. Bunch of bunglers without any knowledge of the matter and extremely expensive without any result.

I really hope that after what they have done, it will be discovered that they are dishonest in terms of the invoice price for only 17 minutes of child's work with a pressure cleaner (with my own house water) to be used for an unblocking for only 15 to 20 minutes of work, charging an amount of 1000... I am absolutely not satisfied with the service of SANISECOURS. The company carried out the emptying of my 1m3 cesspool in Deinze, but it did not go smoothly. The price they charged was exorbitant—at least 460 euros!—so absolutely not in line with what their website had promised about fixed prices. Moreover, the planning was downright bad and unprofessional; there seems to be more chaos here than a structured service. To top it all off, the work also felt rushed and with a basic finish. Unfortunately, this company seems more focused on profit than on customer satisfaction. I would recommend looking for an alternative service for such work.

A very bad experience with SANISECOURS in Wommelgem. They came by to clean a pipe and analyze another. Unfortunately, the communication was quite confusing and the price did not match what we had expected. They charged 50% Saturday fee on the total cost! 475€ extra to clean one pipe + (UNREQUESTED) to analyze another pipe. 1500€ poorer, scam!

SANISECOURS came by for a simple job: unblocking our toilet. But what a fiasco it turned out to be. They were done within half an hour, which went well. But the shock came when the bill was presented: a whopping 900 euros! Everything was according to a contract that was written entirely in French, so I didn't understand it. After puzzling over the figures for a while, I came up with 200 euros. Where did that 900 come from? No idea, maybe air bubbles. They were friendly, but unfortunately that doesn't outweigh this scam. In the end, the misery was so bad that we called the police. Tomorrow we will take the next step to the justice of the peace. It's a shame it had to end like this, but what must be done must be done. San secours? There is little sign of that here.

SANISECOURS recently unclogged my toilet in Mortsel, and I am very disappointed with their service. The quality of the work was downright bad. They were real bunglers and came across as very unprofessional. The invoice was completely in French and we were shocked by the price! More than 500 €! 2 hours later we had the same problem again. This company is not recommended, they are pure crooks!
