SANISECOURS

SANISECOURS recently unclogged my toilet in Mortsel, and I am very disappointed with their service. The quality of the work was downright bad. They were real bunglers and came across as very unprofessional. The invoice was completely in French and we were shocked by the price! More than 500 €! 2 hours later we had the same problem again. This company is not recommended, they are pure crooks!

Last month I had my clogged pipes cleaned by SANISECOURS in Brasschaat. Unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The planning was good, but the communication with the team was very confusing. This caused several misunderstandings during the work. Moreover, the price was higher than previously agreed, which was very disappointing. In short, a bad experience that did not go as planned.

I would like to warn everyone in Brasschaat about SANISECOURS. Our experience with them was nothing short of terrible. They ripped us off for thousands of euros in January, when the real cost was only 45 euros. The quality of their work was very poor and they left everything dirty. Moreover, they were very rude and asked for a high deposit. We reported this to the FPS and their name was even in the newspaper for fraud. Never let them in! Be warned.

‼️ DO NOT TRUST THESE SCAMMERS ‼️ The woman behind the phone (“the desk”) could clearly have already started looking for another job. Kindness and politeness were hard to find. Transport costs €60, they turned out to come all the way from Ternat instead of Antwerp. Also after 3 hours and not within the hour with a warning text message as promised. Assembling the siphon: the siphon was not replaced in its original condition. “It works with these 2 pieces, you don't need the third piece” was the explanation ?!?! Unclogging kitchen drain, still unpleasant odors coming and going. €1000?! Methinks..: ‼️ DON'T TRUST THESE SCAMMERS ‼️

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend SANISECOURS at all. After carrying out work on our dishwasher we paid €1500, but after a week everything was broken again. Poor quality, inaccurate and left dirty. Is dit krapuul nu nog niet opgepakt ? Na ontelbare klachten bij FOD en testaankoop blijven de heren rustig verder doen met hun oplichterspraktijk . Zelf opgelicht voor 580euro om een onderhoud te doen aan een mazoutbrander en er is totaal niets aan onderhoud gedaan wel veel praatjes . Een week later panne en een echte technieker gevonden . stop met die praktijken heren jullie gaan de verkeerde tegenkomen !!!

They also left a huge mess behind and had no planning or organization whatsoever. The communication was confusing and unprofessional, and the staff was downright rude. I absolutely do not recommend SANISECOURS.

Scammers, far too expensive, asked EUR 3,500 to empty our crawl space. We didn't want to pay and they became very hostile

Despite explicitly stating that it was not urgent on the telephone (I did not call the number of an emergency service) and that I was not prepared to pay extra for this, €750 was charged for fifteen minutes of work. Sanisecour refused to leave the home and used intimidation unless they were paid there and then. I regret not calling the police at that moment.

I recently called on SANISECOURS to carry out work on my bathroom. Unfortunately I am not satisfied with the result. I called on Saturday with a complaint about odor nuisance and SANISECOURS sent someone within half an hour. The company S&S from Ternat arrived on site and they mainly walked around and rinsed the pipes, as promised. However, despite our repeated comments that the pipes were directly connected to the sewer, they did not listen. At one point one of the men commented that the pump cost a lot of money per hour, but when we asked how much, we got no answer. Finally, they didn't know what to do anymore and told them they would come back on Monday for a sewer inspection. They then immediately drew up an invoice for 3,498 euros, which had to be paid immediately. To make matters worse, the stench is still there. The quality of the work was poor, the workmanship was inaccurate and dirt was left behind. Communication was confusing and planning was poor. Overall an unprofessional and chaotic experience.
