SaniTom

Unfortunately I cannot recommend SaniTom. They carried out a complete bathroom renovation at our home in Aalter. During the preliminary discussions when no quote had been signed yet, Tom was always punctual and correct, once the quote was signed, things went downhill. The work took much longer than planned, the result looked beautiful. But quite soon we were confronted with the black peeling off (no covering undercoat) and a damp spot in the wall of the hallway that adjoins the bathroom. Everything was our fault and reproaches were inevitable (we cleaned with the wrong products, etc.). To make matters worse, we contacted the insurance company, which Tom certainly did not appreciate. It turned out that he was not insured for his subcontractors, which meant that the insurance companies could not reach an agreement among themselves, despite the report from the leak detection company which clearly showed that the cause of the damp problem was the shower! Fortunately, there was Lamo (supplier of the parts) who gave us new parts without any problem and with a smile. Don't be fooled by the friendliness during the discussion of the quote because Tom's true nature only comes to the surface once you have approved the work and be sure to check your invoice because he dares to charge double!

Komt gemaakte afspraken niet na. Al verschillende malen niet komen opdagen. Reageert niet op telefoon, mail of sms. Veel beloftes en mooie praatjes, maar laat uiteindelijk zijn klanten in de steek.

Geweldige artiest, ik raad het aan

Voel me best wel goed bij Tom. Ik mag hem een topkerel noemen!
