Senso vloeren

Very disappointing experience with Senso Vloeren from Antwerp. In 2023 we purchased our new home, where Senso installed the cast floor / wall of the shower in the bathroom in 2021. When purchasing the house, a crack in the wall was already visible, which became larger when using the shower. Contacted Senso for this and finally reached the manager by telephone after several reminders. The next day an employee came by to determine the damage, which the manager was going to have reported back. Ultimately we had to contact us again to check the status and we had received a quote that was 50% (!) higher than other contractors. This concerned a quotation for the repair of a damaged wall + treatment of adjacent walls to avoid color differences. When inquiring about the price difference between repairing just the damaged wall and the quotation received, only a limited amount was deducted from the price. Explanation of the manager: 'The hours that the employees work on the project ensure that the price difference is limited.' While the damaged wall only covers 1/3rd of the other walls... Because we wanted to keep the same material, we ultimately opted for Senso. One would have 3 days' work. On the first day of starting work, the subcontractor was only inside for 10' because the taps had not been removed from the walls (which was never explained to us). Contacted the manager, but the phone was not answered and the call was not returned. 2 days later they started, but they only worked for 2 hours with the explanation: 'Applied material must dry'. 2 days later they worked 4 hours and ended up working another 2 hours after the weekend. The seam between wall and floor was not sealed: 'Not for us'. In other words, very disappointed in the lack of communication from the manager who, in our opinion, merely took a margin on the subcontractor's invoice... In addition, 100% of the quotation was asked to be paid in advance.

SensoVloeren: - Proper werk - We hebben Sensovloeren iets te laat verwittigd, maar moesten tijdig in onze woning, hier heeft Sensovloeren alles aan gedaan om dit tijdig in orde te krijgen. - Leuk materiaal in combinatie met de vloerverwarming.

Wij hebben jammer genoeg een vloer van Senso en hebben hier na 3 jaar enorm spijt van, scheuren, verkleuringen aan de randen, blaasjes enz... en we zijn blijkbaar niet alleen.
