Very dissatisfied!
Very dissatisfied, the company is completely useless in terms of both communication and arrangement. They take nothing into account. An absolute disaster. Trying to communicate in a normal way but unfortunately it doesn't work. And then received a bill for transport costs of € 114, while the maintenance of the boiler costs € 99. Good luck to those who dare, but me? Never again!

ZERO stars, would NOT recommend!!!
If would give ZERO stars if that was possible, the absolute WORST experience with such a company; We called them for a boiler repair - and initial diagnosis (after a very pricey appointment) was that it cannot be fixed on the spot, and a spare part needed to be ordered. After agreeing, in writing, with the cost of that (483 Euro for a 'gasblok' replacement), we were told that the spare part was ordered, and we got an appointment for the actual repair a few days later. However, when they came for the repair, they realized that THEY HAD ORDERED THE WRONG PART!!! and they told us it will take another 4 - 5 days to get the right piece - this was happening on 20 July in the morning, and the next day was National day, then week end, etc; as we had no other choice, we agreed with that - so next week on Monday (24 July) we waited for an update - nothing... we called again, they said they are checking for the spare part, and they will let us know - still nothing; they promised to let us know asap - and guess what, still nothing. So finally on Wednesday afternoon, 26 July (so TWO WEEKS after the first appointment), after we called again to ask for an update - they said that they refuse to do the repair...?!? Why didn't they say that already the week before, so we can find another solution??? Completely unprofessional, no respect, they did not take any responsibility for their mistake of ordering the wrong part (after all, they are meant to be the specialists, that's why we pay them?) They have caused us immense stress, waste of time and money with their delays (the flat was rented out, so we had to compensate the people for the inconvenience), so a very frustrating and painful experience. Would NOT recommend!!!

thermostat not adjusted
unfortunately the thermostat keeps asking for maintenance, that should not be allowed!

1 ster is nog teveel! De persoon die ze gestuurd hadden sprak amper Nederlands, Hij verstond onze uitleg niet. Wij kregen de indruk dat hij niet begreep wat het probleem was. Hij draaide een kraan dicht en vroeg ons 143 euro te betalen, voor hem was alles in orde. Wij moesten aandringen om toch naar onze ketel te kijken en dan zei hij uiteindelijk dat de flotter kapot was. Wij zaten 6 dagen zonder water. Ons geduld was meer dan op, wij hebben een andere loodgieter laten komen en die heeft de flotter nagezien en daar zat een vuiltje die de werking verstoorde. Dus een nieuwe flotter was niet nodig. Wij hebben gemaild en gebeld om dit te bespreken met Service Loodgieter, maar zij tonen geen begrip voor onze ontevredenheid, integendeel, wij werden zelfs afgesnauwd aan de telefoon. En die 143 euro die wij betaald hebben vinden zij terecht voor hun interventie, terwijl het ons niks vooruit heeft geholpen. Nooit meer bellen,tenzij je geld teveel hebt en graag uitgebuit wordt!
